- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Parsley20 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Paprika1 tsp
- Water500 ml

Core the peppers without cutting them fully open.

Fry onion and carrot, then add rice and tomato paste.

Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs and cook briefly.

Fill the peppers with the rice filling, leaving space at the top.
