Tuscan tomato and bread salad with onion and basil

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes500 g
  • Stale bread200 g
  • Red onion1 pcs
  • Fresh basil15 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Wine vinegar2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Cut stale bread into cubes and dry or lightly toast it.

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces, salt them, and let them release juice for a few minutes.

Slice the cucumber, red onion, and basil.
