  • Leeks2 pcs
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Sausages250 g
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Milk200 ml
  • Broth500 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Slice potatoes and leeks and place them in a pot.

Add water or broth, salt, and a little butter.

Simmer until the potatoes and leeks are tender.

Mash some potatoes to thicken the dish.

Add cream or milk if desired and warm through.

Serve as a hot thick dish or a side for sausages.
