Porotos Granados

Ingredients

  • Fresh or cooked beans500 g
  • Pumpkin400 g
  • Corn250 g
  • Basil20 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse fresh or cooked beans and onion; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and saute until soft.

Add corn, fresh or cooked beans and onion and pour in water.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in pumpkin, basil and paprika, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
