Portuguese Fish Stew

Ingredients

  • White fish fillet700 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Parsley15 g
  • Cilantro15 g
  • Bay leaves2 pcs
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Dry wine150 ml
  • Broth500 ml

Instructions

Saute onion, garlic, and pepper in olive oil until soft.

Add tomatoes, bay leaf, paprika, and a little white wine or broth.

Slice potatoes and add them to the sauce.

Simmer until the potatoes are almost done.

Add fish pieces and cook for 6-10 minutes without rough stirring.
