Ingredients

  • Provolone cheese400 g
  • Oregano1 tsp
  • Chili flakes0.5 tsp
  • Olive oil2 tbsp

For Provoleta, cut chili flakes and bread into serving pieces.

Brown chili flakes lightly.

Add chili flakes and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in olive oil and add provolone cheese and oregano.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
