Wheat Porridge with Butter

Ingredients

  • Wheat groats250 g
  • Water650 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 tsp

Instructions

Rinse the wheat groats in several changes of water.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, and stir in the groats.

Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

If the porridge thickens too early, add a little hot water.

Stir in the butter.
