- Cream200 ml
- Wheat flour400 g
- Butter40 g
- Sugar80 g
- Cinnamon1 tsp
Instructions
Prepare sour cream, cream, wheat flour, butter and sugar for Rommegrot.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and cream at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
