Ingredients

  • Spinach500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic cloves3 cloves
  • Ginger15 g
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Fresh ginger1 tsp

Instructions

Cut potatoes into cubes and boil or fry until partly cooked.

Blanch or wilt the spinach, then chop coarsely or puree.

Fry onion with garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and coriander.

Add potatoes and a little water, then simmer until tender.

Add spinach, salt, and garam masala and heat through.

Serve with rice, naan, or yogurt.
