Ingredients

  • Halloumi200 g
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Lemon1 pcs

Instructions

Cut the halloumi into thick slices.

Beat the egg in one bowl and place the flour in another.

Dip the cheese slices in egg, then coat with flour.

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Fry the cheese for 1-2 minutes per side until golden.

Serve immediately with lemon.
