Ingredients

  • Bell peppers2 pcs

Instructions

Cut the peppers, tomatoes, and onion into large pieces and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the onion for 4-5 minutes.

Add the peppers and cook for 8 minutes until soft.

Add the tomatoes and garlic, then season with salt and pepper.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft and the juices thicken slightly.
