- Pork800 g
- Sauerkraut600 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Paprika2 tbsp
- Sour cream200 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

For Szegedin Goulash, cut sauerkraut, onion and pork into serving pieces.

Brown pork lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add paprika and sour cream.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
