  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Sugar80 g
  • Dry yeast7 g
  • Warm water250 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Milk200 ml
  • Cream150 ml
  • Sour cream100 g

Instructions

Make a soft dough from flour, yeast, warm water or milk, salt, and sugar.

Let it rise until doubled.

Divide into small balls and stretch into flat rounds.
