Ingredients

  • Broth700 ml
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Mix the egg, milk, flour, a pinch of salt, and some parsley into a thin batter.

Fry a thin pancake on a greased pan on both sides.

Cool the pancake and cut it into thin strips.

Bring the broth to a boil and adjust the salt.

Divide the frittata strips among serving bowls.

Pour the hot broth over them and sprinkle with parsley.
