- Farmer cheese500 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Wheat flour250 g
- Poppy seeds40 g
- Sugar60 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Oil2 tbsp
- Butter30 g
Instructions

Mash the farmer's cheese with a fork or press it through a sieve.

Add egg, sugar, flour, and some of the poppy seeds, then mix into a soft dough.

Shape small cheese patties and lightly coat them in flour.

Heat a pan with a little butter or oil.

Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.

Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining poppy seeds.
