Ingredients
- Button mushrooms300 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Sour cream150 g
- Broth or water800 ml
- Parsley20 g
Instructions

Slice the mushrooms and dice the potatoes, onion, and carrot.

Saute the onion and carrot in a pot for 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release liquid and lightly brown.

Add the potatoes and broth or water and cook for 20 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and warm without boiling hard.
