- Onions2 pcs
- Red wine300 ml
- Brown sugar3 tbsp
- Tomato sauce250 g
- Broth400 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions

For Venezuelan Asado Negro, cut onions, tomato sauce and beef into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in red wine and broth and add brown sugar.
