Instructions

Prepare the serving base: baguettes and pork or chicken.

Cook or warm the filling from pork or chicken, pickled carrot and cucumber.

Make the sauce or spread from baguettes, pickled daikon, cilantro and mayonnaise.

Warm or toast the prepared serving base.

Assemble in layers: base, sauce, filling, vegetables, cheese, or herbs.
