Ingredients

  • Rice flour250 g
  • Coconut milk300 ml
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Shrimp300 g
  • Pork250 g
  • Bean sprouts200 g

Instructions

Mix rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, and water into a thin batter.

Quickly fry shrimp, pork, or tofu in a hot pan.

Pour in a thin layer of batter and swirl it around the pan.

Add bean sprouts and spring onion, then cover for a few minutes.
