Danish fried potatoes with leftover meat and egg

Ingredients

  • Potatoes600 g
  • Beef500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Pickles3 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Dice the cooked potatoes and beef and chop the onion.

Melt butter in a large pan and cook the onion until soft.

Add the potatoes and fry for 6-8 minutes until the edges are golden.

Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, and warm for another 4-5 minutes.

Fry the eggs separately.
