  • White fish500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Dry white wine150 ml
  • Fish broth800 ml
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml

Instructions

For Brudet Fish Stew, cut onion, garlic, canned tomatoes, parsley and white fish into serving pieces.

Brown white fish lightly.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in dry white wine and fish broth and add the ingredients.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
