- Beef500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Celery stalks2 стебла

For Croatian Pasticada, cut onion, carrot, celery stalks, beef and tomato paste into serving pieces.

Brown beef lightly.

Add onion, carrot and celery stalks and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in dry white wine and add prunes.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
