Bulgogi Rice Bowl
Korean marinated beef quickly stir-fried and served with rice and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Thinly sliced beef500 g
- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Pear or apple0.5 pcs
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves3 cloves
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Rice for serving300 g
Instructions
Grate the pear or apple and mix it with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil.
Mix the beef with the marinade and let it stand for 20–30 minutes.
Thinly slice the onion and carrot.
Heat a skillet very hot and stir-fry the beef in batches for 2–3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes so they stay slightly crisp.
Serve the bulgogi over rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onion.
