Green bean soup with potatoes and cream.

Ingredients

  • Green beans400 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Leeks2 pcs
  • Cream200 ml
  • Broth or water800 ml
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Cut the green beans into pieces and chop the potatoes, onion, and leek.

Saute the onion and leek in a pot for 4-5 minutes.

Add the potatoes, green beans, and broth or water.

Cook for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour in the cream and warm without boiling hard.

Add parsley, salt, and pepper and serve hot.
