Ingredients

  • Pork600 g
  • White beans300 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse white beans, onion and parsley; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and saute until soft.

Add pork, white beans, onion and parsley and pour in cream and butter.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in cream and butter, then season with salt and pepper.
