Chole Bhature

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas400 g
  • Tomatoes400 g
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Garlic cloves4 cloves
  • Garam masala2 tsp
  • Flour350 g
  • Yogurt120 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse flour, chickpeas, tomatoes and onions; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onions and garlic cloves and saute until soft.

Add chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, garlic cloves and flour and pour in yogurt.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in garam masala and yogurt, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
