- Red lentils300 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Tomato2 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Ghee2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds1 tsp
- Turmeric0.5 tsp
- Ground coriander1 tsp
- Garam masala1 tsp
- Cilantro15 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Soak the lentils for 30 minutes, rinse them, and boil until soft, about 20-25 minutes.

Mash the lentils until creamy.

Make the tadka by frying cumin seeds, garlic, onion, and tomato in ghee.

Add turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, and salt.

Pour the tadka into the lentils and mix thoroughly.
