Ingredients

  • Bryndza cheese200 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Cream200 ml
  • Broth700 ml
  • Butter40 g

Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in broth until tender.

Finely chop the onion and saute it in butter until translucent.

Add the onion to the potatoes and blend the soup until smooth.

Crumble the bryndza and stir it into the hot soup.

Pour in the cream and warm gently without boiling hard.
