  • Milk300 ml

  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sugar1 tsp

Make a thin batter from eggs, milk, flour, a pinch of salt, and sugar.

Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.

Fry thin pancakes on a lightly greased pan.
