Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt400 g
  • Cucumber1 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Fresh dill15 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Lemon0.5 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Fresh mint10 g

Instructions

Grate the cucumber, salt it lightly, and squeeze out the excess liquid.

Mince or press the garlic.

Mix the Greek yogurt with the cucumber and garlic.
