- Lentils250 g
- Bulgur250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Butter40 g
- Mint15 g
- Paprika2 tsp
- Broth or water800 ml
Instructions

Rinse the lentils and bulgur.

Finely chop the onion and saute it in butter until soft.

Add tomato paste, paprika, and mint and cook for 1 minute.

Add lentils, bulgur, and broth or water.

Cook for 25-30 minutes until the lentils break down.

Blend partly if desired and serve hot.
