  • Spinach600 g
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Milk300 ml
  • Sour cream100 g
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Spinach Fozelek, cut spinach, garlic and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown spinach and garlic lightly.

Add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in milk and add sour cream.
