- Pork and beef mince600 g
- Bread roll or white bread1 pcs
- Milk100 ml
- Egg1 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Mustard1 tbsp
- Oil3 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Pickles40 g
Instructions

Soak a bread roll or bread in milk, then squeeze it out.

Mix mince with egg, mustard, onion, bread, salt, and pepper.
