German Frikadellen

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince600 g
  • Bread roll or white bread1 pcs
  • Milk100 ml
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Oil3 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Soak a bread roll or bread in milk, then squeeze it out.

Mix mince with egg, mustard, onion, bread, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture well and shape flat patties.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
