  • Ham or chicken200 g
  • Milk500 ml
  • Flour80 g
  • Butter60 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs160 g
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Nutmeg0.25 tsp

Instructions

Finely chop the ham, bacon, or chicken and fry briefly for aroma.

Melt the butter, stir in the flour, and cook for 1-2 minutes without browning.

Gradually whisk in the milk until a very thick bechamel forms.

Add the filling, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then chill the mixture for 2-3 hours.

Shape croquettes and coat them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
