Kadhi Pakora

Ingredients

  • Yogurt600 g
  • Chickpea flour180 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Oil for frying500 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse chickpea flour and onion; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and saute until soft.

Add turmeric, onion and chickpea flour and pour in yogurt and oil for frying.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in cumin, yogurt and oil for frying, then season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot.
