- Potatoes600 g
- Kale or savoy cabbage300 g
- Chorizo or smoked sausage150 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Broth500 ml
- Water500 ml
Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes; chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the potatoes, cover with water or broth, and cook for 20 minutes until tender.

Blend the soup into a smooth base.

Slice the cabbage very thinly and cut the sausage into rounds.

Add the cabbage and sausage to the soup, cook for 5-7 minutes, and serve hot.
