Ingredients
- Wheat flour250 g
- Ricotta500 g
- Powdered sugar120 g
- Chocolate chips80 g
- Marsala wine50 ml
- Oil for frying700 ml
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions
Prepare wheat flour, ricotta, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and marsala wine for Sicilian Cannoli.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add ricotta, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and marsala wine at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
