Vietnamese Caramelized Pork
A popular vietnamese home-style dish with pork belly, coconut water, fish sauce, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Pork belly800 g
- Coconut water400 ml
- Fish sauce4 tbsp
- Sugar3 tbsp
- Boiled eggs4 pcs
- Garlic cloves4 cloves
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
For Vietnamese Caramelized Pork, cut garlic cloves, pork belly and boiled eggs into serving pieces.
Brown pork belly and boiled eggs lightly.
Add garlic cloves and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour in coconut water and fish sauce and add sugar.
Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
