Ingredients
- Pork cutlet500 g
- Rice300 g
- Eggs4 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Mirin3 tbsp
- Panko breadcrumbs120 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Sugar1 tsp
- Flour2 tbsp
- Dashi stock150 ml
- Oil for frying300 ml
Instructions

Lightly pound the pork cutlet, season it, and bread it in flour, egg, and panko.

Fry the cutlet until crisp, then slice it into strips.

In a small pan, warm dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and a little sugar.

Add sliced onion and cook until soft.

Place the sliced cutlet in the sauce, pour beaten egg over it, and cover for 1-2 minutes.

Slide everything over hot rice and serve immediately.
