- Lamb600 g
- Potatoes700 g
- Lemon1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Oregano1 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dried oregano1 tsp
Instructions

Rub lamb with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Marinate for several hours or overnight.

Cut potatoes and vegetables into large pieces.

Place lamb and vegetables in parchment or a covered dish.

Slow-roast at 160-170°C for 2-3 hours until very tender.
