Ingredients

  • Wheat flour250 g
  • White bread250 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Dry yeast5 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Nutmeg0.25 tsp

Instructions

Cut stale bread into cubes.

Mix milk with eggs, salt, and nutmeg.

Pour the milk mixture over the bread and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Add flour and herbs and mix until the mass holds shape.

Shape into a roll or dumplings and wrap for boiling if needed.
