Mashed potatoes with cabbage, butter, and spring onion.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes700 g
  • White cabbage600 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Spring onion30 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cream150 ml

Instructions

Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Thinly shred cabbage or kale and cook in butter until soft.

Warm spring onion in milk or cream.

Mash the potatoes with warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper.

Stir in cabbage or kale.

Serve with extra butter in the center.
