Swedish cabbage and minced meat casserole
Ingredients
- White cabbage500 g
- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Eggs2 pcs
- Milk300 ml
- Butter40 g
Instructions
Prepare white cabbage, pork and beef mince, onion, eggs and milk for Kalpudding.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add milk and butter at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
