  • Bacon200 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Finely grate the potatoes and chop the onion.

Fry bacon until browned and add onion.

Mix potatoes with eggs, milk, bacon, onion, salt, and pepper.
