Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Rice250 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Curry powder2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Chop onion and prepare pork and beef mince and eggs.

Mix with rice, wheat flour and curry powder, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
