- Chicken800 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Cinnamon0.5 tsp
- Dry red wine250 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions

For Chicken Kokkinisto, cut canned tomatoes, onion, garlic and chicken into serving pieces.

Brown chicken lightly.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in olive oil and dry red wine and add cinnamon.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
