Chicken Provencal
Chicken stewed with tomatoes, olives, garlic, and Provencal herbs
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs800 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Olives100 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Herbes de Provence1 tsp
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C.
Prepare canned tomatoes, garlic and chicken thighs: cut, boil, or saute the components that need precooking.
Arrange chicken thighs, canned tomatoes and garlic in the dish in layers or as an even mixture.
Add olives, herbes de Provence and dry white wine as the topping, cheese, sauce, or aromatic part.
Bake until browned on top and fully cooked inside.
Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes and serve.
