Ingredients
- Chicken thighs800 g
- Onions2 pcs
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Tomato1 pcs
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Sour cream200 g
- Broth250 ml
- Flour1 tbsp
- Oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste

Season the chicken thighs and brown them lightly in oil, then transfer to a plate.

In the same pot, sauté the sliced onions for 6–7 minutes until soft.

Add the paprika and stir quickly for 20–30 seconds so it does not burn.

Add the tomato, pepper, broth, and chicken; cover and simmer for 30–35 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with flour and a few spoonfuls of hot sauce, then stir it into the pot.

Heat gently for 3–5 minutes without boiling hard and serve with noodles, dumplings, or rice.
