Ingredients

  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

For Lahmacun, cut onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, parsley and beef mince into serving pieces.

Brown beef mince lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add paprika.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
