- Noodle or dumpling dough500 g
- Pork and beef mince350 g
- Spinach200 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Egg1 pcs
- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Broth1000 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Wilt the spinach, cool it, and squeeze out the liquid well.

Mix mince with spinach, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling in a strip.

Fold, seal, and cut into large rectangular dumplings.

Simmer in gently boiling broth for 10–12 minutes.
